When I realized I wanted to pursue a master's degree, I didn't hesitate about which institution to choose; the University of Mary was a simple, easy choice. Faculty who care, work with you, and truly want the best for you isn't something you merely hope for as a student here; it is ingrained at the University. The skills I am learning throughout the master's in organizational leadership program are not skills I have to wait until graduation to implement; I can start applying them now. I work at an organization, NISC, that values virtuous leadership, so I'm able to apply my coursework to my career in real time.
